Four Seasons, Fairmont, Mövenpick, Raffles) to assist in the standardization of processes for budgeting, forecasting and operational reporting in order to improve efficiency • Developing and negotiating new hotel management agreements, asset management contracts, and various type of agreements, including residential and retail leases and real estate sales (e.g. Four Seasons Damascus Syria, and Mövenpick Resort and Spa Karon Beach, Phuket, Thailand) • Underwriting, due diligence and integration of the latest KHI acquisitions (e.g. Four Seasons Langkawi, Malaysia), actively participating in the re-branding, company organization (arrange bank accounts, licenses, insurances and coordinate with board members and lawyers), and maximization performance • Then, at C&W, Mr. Alex Sogno conducted market/feasibility studies for lodging facilities, including occupancy forecasts, average rate, income and expense projections, and return on investment analysis • Supervised major hotel transactions (over 900 hotels), provide technical support for the overall valuations and financial projections, coordination and direct interaction with various clients, including hotel chains, and major investment and commercial banks • Redeveloped hotel financial projections and valuations processes, and improve the productivity through technological innovation (e.g..
