Ramdzan has been working in the hospitality for over 27 years immediately after his Diploma in Hotel Management and upon returning from his 1-year training in Japan. Started from bottom up to managerial positions mainly in Food and Beverage department prior to taking positions as General Manager in various properties in Malaysia. In between, he completed another Diploma in Hotel Management in Switzerland and had some practical working experience in Swiss hospitality. He was a Board member of Malaysian Hotel Association and was the President of a state’s Hotel and Resort Association for two terms. |
